I’m New
You are welcome here
At King of Kings, we know no one is perfect—we all struggle and fall short. That’s exactly why the church matters: a place to bring your worries, your doubts, and your life as it is, and find grace, comfort, and hope in Jesus. People of all ages and stages gather here, from young families to lifelong members, and we’d love for you to join us.
Join us on sunday
Our Sunday services are designed to help you connect with God and grow in faith alongside our community. Here’s what you can expect when you visit.
What Makes Lutheran Worship Different?
Gospel-Centered
Lutheran worship isn’t defined by a particular style or era. It’s centered on the gospel, where Jesus is present among us through his Word and promises. Each service puts that message at the center with meaningful readings, songs, messages, and prayers that bring peace and hope to everyday life.
Active & collective
Lutheran worship is a shared experience—not a performance to watch, but something we all take part in together. Everyone is invited to listen, respond, and participate as we encourage one another in faith.
Timeless
Lutheran worship combines the old and the new. We use songs, prayers, and traditions passed down through generations while keeping things fresh and meaningful for today.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Ephesians 2:8-10
Visiting a new church can feel a little uncertain, but we want you to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re brand new to faith or have been attending church your whole life, you’ll find a friendly community, Christ-centered worship, and a place to grow.

A typical Sunday service lasts about an hour. After the service each week, we have time for coffee, food, and conversation. You’re welcome to stay for as long as you’d like.
-
Don’t be overly concerned about it. Certainly don’t feel like you need to try to impress anyone. We aren’t worried about what you’re wearing.
-
Feel free to sit wherever you’d like, whether way up front or all the way in the back. If you need some assistance finding a seat, an usher will help you.
-
No. When you walk through the door, you’ll probably be greeted by some friendly people who want to introduce themselves. Once the service starts, you’re welcome to participate if you feel comfortable or quietly observe.
-
While there may be some elements of the service that are new or unfamiliar to you, we try hard to make it as easy as possible to follow along. You’ll get a printed order of service that’s easy to follow. A screen in the front of church also helps people follow along.

We love having children in our services. They’ll hear the good news from you and, before you know it, you’ll be hearing it from them. To help parents with small children, we provide...
A nursery with a window and speakers where parents can take restless children if needed.
Children’s bags with books and activity sheets that kids can work on during the service.
Plenty of helping hands, including from moms who have been there, that are ready to assist if needed.
